Excellencies, esteem customers of filming and design

Friend of our country,

Representatives of international Bodies,

Members of the diplomatic corps,

Ladies and gentlemen,

It gives me great pleasure to speak to you this time, to welcome you to this official monthly magazine of IBTC.

This magazine shows the conclusion of an enormous collective effort which began in 2012 when our school was started as first a school that teach filming in Rwanda ,graphic design, and website design in short period of three months compare to others schools.

From that moment, many schools, institutions and individuals did n’t know how to do education in these areas which can contribute in one form or another towards our country in nation vision as settled by Rwanda government? I should like to take this opportunity to introduce my initiative as citizen of our country.

We thank government of Rwanda express the agency of development authority (D.A) within the schools of art and technology, for the enthusiasm and assistance he gave to all Rwandese entrepreneurs through its policy of upholding the existence of seems schools.

Ladies and. Gentlemen,

In recent years, we witnessed a significant increase of concern among the peoples of the east Africa and ones of great lakes with the rational utilization of filming and design in branding of businesses companies. Our beneficiaries have been promoted and developed the film and design industries (Ref: All TV stations in Rwanda and printing area companies hosted our graduates).

IBTC provide and encourage the provision of opportunities for persons especially from disadvantaged communities, to get involved in the film, video and design industry.( Ref: some of the peoples their families consider like idiots but being the wise peoples after studying in IBTC)

IBTC has supporting and an expanding society with an ever more sophisticated technology at its disposal within the nurture and development of skills and resources in the film, video and design industry.

Even so, we still have a long way to go, and only through a joint effort will be able to reach our fundamental goal. Iń this sense, I consider branding recognition through our esteems students of all facilities as taking on a transcendental role for the bright future of our country.

On behalf of the IBTC’s staffs I would like to express my thanks to our distinguished visitors, referrals, students, parents, NGO, government institutions (someone in charges of public relation in those institutions= are or must be pass in IBTC first) our most sincere wish that the contents, photos and portfolios resulting from this monthly magazine will positively contribute to the coincidence of the aims of the IBTC FILM SCHOOL and thereby to the philosophy underlying it.
