HISTORY
Normally, studying—whether primary, secondary, university, vocational training, languages, or other fields—takes a long time. A very long time!
But there is only one skill that can be learned by any person, regardless of educational background:
Someone who completed school, someone who dropped out, someone who completed many degrees, someone who never studied, or someone who stopped studying years ago—all of them can easily learn motorcycle mechanics.
At GWMC (Graduation Welding and Mechanic Center), we are committed to teaching everyone, including those who were not able to attend formal school.
Since 2019, we decided to create a school that would become a solution for everyone, anywhere in the world, as long as they speak or understand Kinyarwanda. We have developed complete motorcycle and vehicle mechanics courses designed to be studied in a short period—only one month online.
We have also made the payment system very flexible. When students study, they simply go to: www.ibtc-elearning.com. No complicated requirements—just pay according to your ability and the time you want to study. After paying, we give you access to the platform, and you study at your own pace.
Think of engine theory, ignition systems, and how motorcycles or vehicles function on the road—that's exactly how we have designed our courses. Flexible and practical.

As you reduce the time you pay for coursework, you increase the number of months you will spend in internships (because living expenses, food, rent, and garage fees increase during a long internship).
Studying for the full one month is the best option because:
- You cover all 11 chapters thoroughly.
- You repeat and master the lessons multiple times.
- You save money on long-term internship costs.
- You complete your practical training in just one month.
Avoid long internship periods. Internships involve many challenges. The longer you stay, the more difficult and expensive it becomes.

WHY TRUST US?
Week 1:
Students begin hands-on practice immediately. We provide motorcycles for training. (This option is for those who come to study physically; it is more expensive because on-site training costs 50,000 RWF more, and students must wait until a full group of 25 arrives before starting.) In this week, students learn all motorcycle components and how to diagnose all engine problems.
Week 2:
Students combine theory and practice, comparing what they learned with real-world mechanical standards. They conduct research using books, the internet, YouTube, and testimonies from previous students.
Week 3:
Each student undergoes a practical evaluation: Opening and closing a motorcycle engine, diagnosing faults, proposing solutions, and restoring the motorcycle.
Week 4:
Advanced practice. Students increase speed, accuracy, and confidence in all areas previously learned.
INTERNSHIP (PRACTICAL TRAINING)
We partner with garages across Rwanda through formal agreements, allowing students to complete professional internships within a maximum of two months. After this period, we assess the student to confirm competence.
WHERE DO WE OPERATE?
Online (Rwanda + Worldwide) - Anyone who understands Kinyarwanda can study with us from anywhere.
On-site Training (Terrain) - Rwamagana, Kigabiro, Nyagasenyi, Kayenzi.
On-site study is more expensive (200,000 RWF per month), so we encourage students to study online first and then do practical training.
Online students can request physical practice sessions when needed.
WHEN DO WE STUDY?
Every month starting on the 5th, we open a new intake.
Class times:
- 8:00am – 10:00am
- 10:01am – 12:00pm
- 2:00pm – 4:00pm
- 4:01pm – 6:00pm
Online students can study at any time of the day—they have full-time access.
When the paid study period ends, access is removed from the platform (both online and on-site students).
CAN PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES STUDY?
Yes. Anyone with a disability except blindness can study motorcycle mechanics. They can also teach others once they learn.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Since 2022, we have trained 55 graduates (42 males and 13 females), including 25 online students. Some have started their own businesses, others are employed in garages.
MESSAGE TO PARENTS, PARTNERS & NGOs
We encourage parents to enroll their children so they gain practical skills for the future—skills that cannot be stolen and will always be useful.
To district officials, education leaders (especially RTB), youth leaders, and community development partners: We invite collaboration so that young people can be trained either online or through short-term on-site workshops. We can also set up temporary training centers in villages where 25 or more learners are available, using our motorcycles and our monthly training program.
To NGOs and development partners: Motorcycle mechanics is a sustainable skill that guarantees employment. It cannot be stolen, and it generates income for life.

Mais il existe une compétence que toute personne peut apprendre, quel que soit son niveau d'instruction :

Au GWMC (Graduation Welding and Mechanic Center), nous nous engageons à former tout le monde, y compris ceux qui n'ont pas eu l'occasion de fréquenter l'école formelle.
Depuis 2019, nous avons décidé de créer une école qui serait une solution pour tous, partout dans le monde, tant qu'ils comprennent le kinyarwanda. Nous avons développé des cours complets de mécanique moto et automobile, conçus pour être étudiés en une période très courte — un mois en ligne.
Nous avons également rendu le système de paiement très flexible. Pour étudier, il suffit d'aller sur : www.ibtc-elearning.com. Aucune exigence compliquée — vous payez selon vos moyens et selon la durée que vous souhaitez étudier. POURQUOI NOUS FAIRE CONFIANCE ?
Semaine 1 :
Les étudiants commencent la pratique immédiatement. Nous fournissons des motos pour l'entraînement. (Cette option s'adresse aux étudiants en présentiel. Elle est plus coûteuse de 50 000 RWF et nécessite un groupe complet de 25 personnes avant de commencer.) Pendant cette semaine, les étudiants apprennent toutes les pièces d'une moto et comment diagnostiquer tout problème de moteur.
Semaine 2 :
Les étudiants combinent théorie et pratique, en comparant leurs acquis avec les standards mécaniques réels. Ils font des recherches à travers des livres, internet, YouTube et des témoignages d'anciens étudiants.
Semaine 3 :
Chaque étudiant passe une évaluation pratique : ouvrir et refermer un moteur, diagnostiquer les pannes, proposer des solutions et remettre la moto en bon état.
Semaine 4 :
Pratique avancée. Les étudiants augmentent leur rapidité, leur précision et leur confiance dans toutes les opérations apprises.
STAGE (FORMATION PRATIQUE)
Nous collaborons avec plusieurs garages au Rwanda dans le cadre d'accords formels, permettant aux étudiants d'effectuer un stage professionnel pouvant durer jusqu'à deux mois maximum. Après cette période, une évaluation finale est faite pour confirmer leurs compétences.

Oui. Toute personne handicapée, sauf les non-voyants, peut étudier la mécanique moto. Elles peuvent ensuite enseigner à leur tour.

Depuis 2022, nous avons formé 55 diplômés (42 hommes et 13 femmes), dont 25 en ligne. Certains ont créé leur propre entreprise, d'autres travaillent dans des garages.
MESSAGE AUX PARENTS, PARTENAIRES & ONG
Nous encourageons les parents à inscrire leurs enfants afin qu'ils acquièrent des compétences pratiques pour l'avenir — des compétences qui ne peuvent être ni volées ni perdues.
Aux responsables de districts, leaders en éducation (notamment RTB), responsables de la jeunesse et partenaires du développement : Nous invitons à collaborer pour former les jeunes, soit en ligne, soit par des ateliers pratiques de courte durée. Nous pouvons également installer des centres de formation temporaires dans les villages où 25 apprenants ou plus sont disponibles, en utilisant nos motos et notre programme mensuel.
Aux ONG et partenaires du développement : La mécanique moto est une compétence durable garantissant l'emploi. Elle ne peut être volée et assure un revenu à vie.
